You record the business. The engine keeps the books.
The Neodeus accounting engine is a shared component inside every Neodeus ERP. It turns everyday business actions, such as a purchase, a payment or a sale, into correct double-entry accounting entries automatically. It was designed with practising Chartered Accountants, so a business owner who does not know accounting rules can still keep proper books.
Like an automatic gearbox
A driver with an automatic car presses the accelerator; the gearbox picks the right gear. In a Neodeus ERP you record what happened in your business; the engine picks the right accounts, debits and credits.
